Threshold data for 16 subjects, gathered
at a variety of laboratories around the world, are now
available. The psychophysical thresholds will be compared
with those obtained from leading computational models of
human vision using the same stimulus set.
The attached Excel spreadsheet contains data from
participating laboratories along with summary plots. This
data set is subject to additions as observer
participation increases. Vision model evaluation should
be based on datasets that include all subjects up to and
including the last calendar year. Double click the file

Plotted below are data from six
laboratories for the fixed size and fixed cycles gabor
patches as well as the elongated gabor stimuli.
